Can I delete the images stored in the memory card using the camera?

Images cannot be deleted individually using the camera.

If you want to delete images taken, copy the desired images taken with PlayMemories Home to your PC, and then format the memory card by operating the camera.

IMPORTANT: If model-specific information is required to complete any of the steps in this solution, refer to the operating instructions supplied with the product.

WARNING: There is a risk of data loss. Formatting the memory card will permanently delete all data stored on it.

1. On the camera, press the NEXT button to display SETUP.
2. Press the ENTER button.
3. Press the NEXT button to display FORMT.
4. Press the ENTER button.
5. Press the ENTER button to display SURE? while OK is displayed.
6. Press the ENTER button.
   
   NOTE: DONE appears when formatting is completed.
