The volume bar is not visible or working in IPTV, YouTube and Netflix apps.
When the volume bar is not showing and not working in IPTV, YouTube and Netflix apps, please turn the TV OFF and ON using the remote control.
If the issue still occurs, please update the TV software (firmware).
See below on how to update the software by downloading via network:
- Using the supplied remote control, press the Home button.
- Select Settings.
- Select Customer Support.
- Select Software Update.
- Select Network.
NOTE: If the software is already updated to the latest version, perform a factory data reset.
