When playing 360° videos in the YouTube app, the video freezes and only audio is played back.
To solve this issue, lower the resolution setting by following the steps below.
- In the YouTube video playback screen, press the Enter button on the remote control.
- From the menu displayed at the bottom, select More Options > Quality, and change the resolution.
