When I access the IPTV app, after the Refresh Internet Content suddenly starts, I get error 22 or the services in All Apps disappear.
ERROR: 4057 is displayed on the TV screen, software update failed, or can't access IPTV app

If this issue occurs, follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Perform both an Initialize Personal Information and Refresh Internet Content procedure
- Perform an Initialize Personal Information procedure to clear the cached data files:
- On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button, and then select Settings.
- Select Customer Support.
- Select Initialize Personal Information.
- Perform a Refresh Internet Content procedure:
- On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button, and then select Settings.
- Select System Settings.
- Select Set-up.
- Select Network.
- Select Refresh Internet Content.
- If the issue is resolved, proceed to the step 3. Perform a software update on your TV
2. Perform a Factory Settings procedure
If the issue is still not resolved, perform a Factory Settings to reset your TV.
Notes:
- The Factory Settings procedure returns all settings to the factory default values. After completing this process, the initial set-up screen will be displayed.
- Be sure not to turn the TV off during this period (it takes about 30 seconds) or press any buttons.
- On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button, and then select Settings.
- Select Customer Support.
- Select Factory Settings.
3. Perform a software update on your TV
Once all the previous steps are done, manually perform a software update on your TV:
- For how to update via Internet, refer to the How to perform a software update article.
- For how to download a firmware update from the Sony Support website, save it to a USB stick, and then install it on your TV:
- At the Sony Support website, imput your model name and click the Search button on the screen.
- Select your model name and Downloads item.
- Look for the software available to download.
- Confirm your TV software version, and follow the instruction in the support website.
4. Perform a Refresh Internet Content again
Once the software update is complete, perform a Refresh Internet Content procedure again and confirm if the Internet content is displayed in All Apps.
