The indicator lights on the headphones or the charging case repeatedly flash in orange.

When the remaining battery charge is low, the indicator lights on the headphones or the charging case will repeatedly and slowly flash orange for about 15 seconds. When this happens, set the headphones into the charging case and charge them using the supplied USB Type-C cable.

If the indicator lights keep repeatedly flash even after charging, it means that the rechargeable battery has an abnormal temperature or the headphones may be malfunctioning and service may be required.
