Why doesn't the VAIO computer recognize the i.LINK device that is connected?
Device Manager does not recognize the connected i.LINK device.
To resolve this symptom, follow one of the solutions below:
* Solution 1
1. Swtich off the i.LINK device and disconnect from the computer.
2. Reconnect the i.LINK device and switch on the device.
* Solution 2
1. Switch off and disconnect both the computer and the i.LINK device.
2. Restart the VAIO computer.
3. Reconnect and switch on the i.LINK device.
* Solution 3
1. Switch off and disconnect both the computer and the i.LINK device.
2. Disconnect the power supply to the computer and leave the computer untouched for 10 seconds. Then reconnect the power supply back to the computer.
3. Restart the computer.
4. Reconnect and switch on the i.LINK device.
