When restoring system or running registry checker (scanreg/restore), music cannot be played on MucMG, Jukebox and SonicStage.

    When user performs a System Restore, the following error message was received.

    Error message:
    The data is incomplete and can not be played. (MAC value is incorrect)

    In this case, start OpenMG Jukebox, SonicStage for VAIO, SonicStage, SonicStage Premium and SonicStage CP. The music displayed on the Favorites cannot be played.

    After user restores the registry using the scanreg /restore command (registry checker), the music also cannot be played.

    1. Read music data using OpenMG Jukebox.

    2. Restore the system to a previous state using a system restore point in System Restore.

    3. Use OpenMG Jukebox to play the music data that has been read.
      An error message indicating that the music files cannot be played is.

    When performing System Restore, please back up the music data using OpenMG Jukebox Backup Tool, SonicStage Backup Tool and SonicStage Premium Backup Tool. After restoring the system, please restore the backed-up data.

    If error message, such as The data is incomplete and cannot be played. (MAC value is incorrect), is on OpenMG Jukebox, SonicStage for VAIO, SonicStage, SonicStage Premium and SonicStage CP, the backed-up data cannot be restored. Although the restore point has been recovered by using System Restore, user cannot perform restoration, if the error message appears.
