Why can't dialup connection be established on the VAIO computer that used by multiple users?

Dialup connection cannot be established on the VAIO computer used by multiple users, except for a specific user.

This symptom could be due to the dialup connection being set to Me only.
It will be necessary to make the settings of the stored name and password usable for users other than the specific user.

Please refer to the steps below:
1. Click Start, click Connect to and then click Show all connections.
2. Double-click on a given dialup connection icon.
3. Select the Anyone who uses this computer option.
