The battery or camera becomes hot or very warm to the touch.
The camera or battery is heated to some extent during operation because the power consumed by the camera is partly converted to heat. Normally, this is not an indication of a malfunction. If necessary, turn the camera off, and allow time for it to cool down.
If the issue is still unresolved, the product may need servicing.
