Where can I find the firmware update for my camera or camcorder?

You can find firmware updates and other camera applications / software for your camera on the Firmware / Software section of your camera's support page. If you are not sure of your camera model, check out how to find out my camera model name here. 

If there’s a firmware update available, you'll see easy-to-follow steps for downloading and installing it, as well as how to check your camera's current firmware version.

If you don’t see a firmware update listed, it simply means that there isn’t a newer version available from Sony at this time.
