When the USB transceiver is connected to a computer or PlayStation®5, my voice overlaps during the phone call.
Depending on the smartphone, your voice may be heard loudly, lag behind, or crackle during phone calls. This is caused by the Sidetone function.
Sidetone is a function that makes it easier to talk on the headphones and helps the headphone microphone pick up sounds and play your voice naturally. However, if the Sidetone function bothers you, you can turn the function off or adjust the volume level. To turn off or adjust the function, open the INZONE Hub software, select Sound Settings, and then adjust the SIDETONE slide bar.
