Why can’t I use Wi-Fi after Android Wear is installed?
You may experience that Wi-Fi® cannot be turned on if you have installed the latest version of the Android™ Wear app on your device. This is caused by an issue with Android™ Wear, and Google will fix it in the next software version for Android™ Wear. The issue occurs in Android™ Wear version 2.0.0.138705214.
A temporary workaround is to disable Wi-Fi® scanning, then Wi-Fi® can be turned on normally.
