I can't connect to the Xperia Ear Duo app for iOS devices (Xperia Ear Duo)

    If you've changed the name of your iPhone, you may have problems connecting to the Xperia Ear Duo app for iOS devices. To remedy the problem in your iPhone, follow these instructions:

    To connect to the Xperia Ear Duo app for iOS devices

    1. iPhone: Settings > Bluetooth.
    2. Tap the "i" mark next to XEA20 and XEA20-LE, and then tap Forget this device.
    3. Xperia Ear Duo: Perform a factory data reset.
    4. Pair your Xperia Ear Duo and your iPhone.

    If you still cannot connect to the Xperia Ear Duo app for iOS devices, try changing the name of your iPhone.

    1. iPhone: Settings > General > About > Name.
    2. Change the name of your iPhone. Do not use double-byte characters, for example, Japanese. Use only single-byte letters or numbers.
    3. Settings > Bluetooth.
    4. Tap the "i" mark next to XEA20 and XEA20-LE, and then tap Forget this device.
    5. Xperia Ear Duo: Perform a factory data reset.
    6. Pair your Xperia Ear Duo and your iPhone.
