1. Disconnect the TV from the network
- If using a wired connection, disconnect the LAN cable
- If using wireless connection, turn off the router and the modem
- If using a USB wireless LAN Adapter (UWA-BR100), disconnect the USB wireless LAN Adapter from the TV
2. Perform a power reset on the TV
- Turn off the TV
- Unplug the TV from the wall outlet
- Leave the TV for 1 minute without power supply
- Reconnect the power cord to the wall outlet
- Turn on the TV
3. Perform a factory reset
- On the TV remote control, press and hold the UP ARROW button. Make sure the remote control is pointed towards the front and centre of the TV
- While holding the UP ARROW button, press and release the POWER button on the TV set
Depending on the TV, Reset will appear momentarily on the lower left hand corner of the TV
- Release the UP ARROW button
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Initial setup
5. If the problem is not resolved by the steps above, perform a system software (firmware) update
